Looking through the rules, am I missing something or are there no KOTH race rules?

Looking through the rules, am I missing something or are there no KOTH race rules?

I was going through the same thing last night, trying to create some characters for my upcoming Conan game. They are indeed included as part of the Hyborians. I read, and re-read the Hyborian section, but kept missing it. Could be because it was 4 AM when I was trying to find it.
