Thanks, Matt - not panicking. I'm trying to take the long view on this; there is a lot for you to ship out and I want Mongoose to be successful in the long haul. I'm just impatient, and seeing people post about the goodies they got and not having any only makes me itchier. Plus, the updates keep saying "shipping Sector Chief next week", and have for a few weeks now, and that makes me itchier.

You're not alone. Still waiting for my Council pledge, all I've got to show for $300+ so far is 2 apes. Unless things turn up tomorrow (Christmas Eve, fat chance) then all the promises to get things to us by Christmas have amounted to nothing from where I'm sitting.

I've tried to be patient, but what bugs me the most is that I didn't even have any substitutions (at least not in the initial shipment) so this should have been as straightforward as it gets at this pledge level. I've got friends who've ordered some of the stuff I'm waiting for in the meantime and theirs has come through in a couple of days, so it seems like Kickstarter backers are at the back of the queue.

Won't be pledging anything to Rogue Trooper after this (not that that'll make a blind bit of difference I'm sure). Really not impressed at all.

I have not had any of mine yet but then i did say there was no hurry as I wanted to see all the new models and see what i wanted to swap out

However has everyone had the free rulebook pdf thingy as not seen that yet?

Honestly, I'm not sure what you're going to be able to do about it two days before Christmas, and I'm not really expecting any miracles at this point. I'm seriously disappointed nothing is here after repeated assurances we'd see most of our stuff prior to Xmas, though. If they weren't going to get here, I really wish you'd have just said so. Seems backwards to me that the people that spent the most have seen the least.

I pledged Council of Judges and I've got the Citi-Def, Space Corps Judge, Judge Giant, Fergie and special weapons judge through end of last week.

I think I've cheated myself out of a big box of stuff before Christmas by telling Matt I'll pick it up next time I saw him, when I think he's going from the survey returns to send it all out.

I might be able to tell you that it was sent out Thursday, and the post may be brining it to you tomorrow.

_Everyone_ who pledged for items available up to the Citi-Def have had things sent out to them. If you have not seen anything yet then either a) the post is a little slow or b) something has gone wrong.

If that's in reply to me I'm not saying you're trying to cheat me Matt, I'm saying that filling in a survey return with I'll chat to you the next time I see you and then with my amazing powers of memory completely forgetting to do so is me screwing myself over as if you're going by survey returns mine literally says I'll pick it up off you when I see you next.

Which probably explains why I've got the Citi-Def and some singles from you, but not the gang boxes as I forgot to send you an email with what I was after to put in the post or in a box for me to grab when I saw you next. Which makes the entire thing the fault of my defective memory yet again.

I don't, for a moment, think there is any intent to cheat.

I _do_ think that there were a lot of cavalier statements for the last month or two about everyone getting shipments before Christmas. That's an expectation _you_ set. I asked about it over 2 weeks ago and you "don't worry, we're shipping US Sector Chiefs" ... and yet here we are, nothing in hand.

Remember everyone that mail service around the world is overwhelmed and slow! Mongoose is sending alot of packages out in such a short time span!

I'll put it this way, I'm waiting on a DVD boxed set I ordered for my daughter on 8th December and a Wayland Games order I placed on the 30th November, so I'm well aware the post is terrible.

Well, it turns out I may have spoken too soon. I did in fact receive a package on Christmas Eve, containing somewhat more than half of what I was expecting. I'm still missing a sizable chunk and some of the omissions are puzzling (I have DeMarco but not Anderson for instance) but it's something at least.

They may not be mispicks - some pledge levels get those two packs automatically.

I put in for the Council level (that's the one, yes? $300?). At first, I thought I was getting ten starters from those originally available, and all and the additional ones announced during the campaign as well. When filling out the questionnaire, the wording instead looked like it was ten in total, chosen from the originals and the new additions; my ten choices on the survey were:
World Judges
Specialist Judges
Sov Invasion Force
Dark Judges
Holocaust Judges
The Angel Gang
Citi-Def
Ape Gang
Renegade Robots
Zombie Horde

At present, I have an additional Citi-Def squad and a Justice Dept II set I wasn't expecting. I think I'll need to email you in January to clear things up.

I too, also pledged at the Council of Judges level and so far all I've got are the Citi-Def, Space Corps Judge, Judge Giant, Fergie and special weapons judge through on Friday.

My initial euphoria at finally getting something quickly disappeared as I realized that some of my requested and available substitutions hadn't been included (ie Lawmasters and Brit Cit Judges).

All in all, I feel really disappointed with the Kickstarter and wish I'd just bought the new stuff as it appeared on the website rather than investing $300 up front.
