Is Mongoose Still Supporting Gangs?

While you wait for an official answer:

http://www.mongoosepublishing.com/demoteams/fan.php is the place to sign up. Note that you must be able to demo at a pre-approved retailer so you'll need to check with your local store to see if they have signed up as well (and persuade them to if they have not)

Please ignore the contact information on the main M.I page ( http://www.mongoosepublishing.com/demoteams/index.php ) as it is incorrrect - the person to email in the US is Bryan Borgman (aka Stratos) and not Brian Lasiewski. Both Marc and Bryan post regularly on the board as DreddTimes and Stratos respectively, so you may want to try PMing whichever is appropriate for your region if you want any further info or a more official answer.

Edit: Sorry, just looked to see where you were located, so it is indeed Stratos you need to contact!

Hope that helps!

I appreciate your being so helpful. :)

I just checked on the Demo teams page, but I did not see Stratos' email address, only Marc Farrimond (who is in charge of the UK) and Brian (who is no longer with the company). To reach Stratos, drop him a line to this address...

stratos@baileyrecords.com

Hope that helps!

Granted there wasn't anything in S&P 33 and 34 "only" had a battle report.

Fingers crossed for something in S&P 35

Still supporting gangs? I don't think so, how can you support a minis game with no minis? Or no new rules...or no official statement to at least try to keep that spark of interest in fanboys. Ah well, that's enough useless questions asked by me. Off to look for somthing else... :( :x

Way to kill a great game. :x :x :x

:x

I think we need to be patient, they have a LOT on atm.

They have given us plenty, and the hint of maybe better (and bigger) things to come.

Lets just cool our heels and see.

Yup, we've started playing urban war and confrontation and just put GOMC-1 on hold for a while. No reason to give up on it completely.

Superb - was it just standard gangs, what did you use?

I started painting the minis for urban war to 'cool off' after prepping and assembling 72 pathfinders. Nothing like a nice crisply cast koralon brood to calm you down when you've been assembling pathfinders with javelins.

No they look sweet dude.

I'm HEAVILY into the Ophidians atm.

The photos don't do them justice at all. They are millions of miles better in person. Now wheres your gangs stuff!

And the laws of supply and demand come into force once more - A new gang for GoMC1 in Signs & Portents Wargamer 37, plus rules for using GoMC1 to resolve combat in the Judge Dredd RPG.
