Is Mongoose shipping out their `end of sales` already?

Just wondering who / where I should drop a line to ask if they started shipping all the orders yet.

Made mine half of march, no word or so since then, but I got used to the `service` of the MGP mail order as my pre-orders in the past took on average 4 - 6 weeks longer then the local store to receive their goods (happened to me with Armageddon, Victory at Sea, the 2nd edition books etc etc).

And no, no way I go get stuff at the local store before someone asks after that, I rather wait long then being scammed under my nose by a thief that charges 1 euro for 1 dollar.
 
I ordered mine at the beginning of March from the on-line store, got an e-mail confirmation, had money taken from my bank account, and that's it so far... A week later, after I'd spotted the flying bases on the website, I phoned in and added a few to my order; as this was a phone order, there was no e-mail confirmation, but my bank statement says the order has been taken.

I phoned up yesterday and was told that a shipment had recently arrived from the US. For some reason they're waiting until the weekend before they actually start sending stuff out to customers, but hopefully I'll finally get my fleet some time next week. I don't know if there'll be an additional delay sending stuff to Belgium.

I wouldn't worry about the delay that much, there's been several announcements about the huge number of orders they got and a promise to keep production going until they were all complete. They've said that they were concentrating on getting boxed sets out before singles and that they could only run a particular set of moulds for so long before resting them for a while, so were running batches in cycles. Which means that depending on what was ordered you might have a longer wait than others. They have been sending out partial orders, I've had two deliveries so far with more to come.
 
Matt mentioned when I asked him that they're looking at just after Middle of May to fulfill UK orders, I suspect European orders will be about the same.

Does that mean they'll start sending out UK stuff from middle of May, or that they hope to be finished by the middle of May? The guy on the phone indicated that they were going to start sending stuff this weekend, meaning I should get my set some time next week. But that basically translates to "it should arrive some time in a week or two", which is what I was told on the previous two occasions I phoned - one of them being when I called a week after the initial order to add on the flying bases.

Hmm... they're Earth-based and appear suitably chaotic. Which means I won't be fighting them, I'll be claiming them as allies. :lol:
 
This is what I got a bit ago, when I asked about my order.

Hello, Dave.

The Imperial Outpost order has not been sent out yet due to the very large number of orders received ahead of it. It will be dealt with as soon as possible. Anything ordered before the end of March will be sent out. We are continuing to run the necessary equipment throughout April to ensure this happens.

I'm sorry I cannot give you an accurate shipping date for the order for the game store. Thanks for your patience.

My first order was in the last week of Feb.

Made 2 orders after that befor the 01 of Apr.

They told me it would be half/end may befor I have it al.....

My associates were beginning to get concerned about the delay.

However, I received my fleet box today. So UK stuff is being sent out. :) (In fact, I got a card from the Post Office on Saturday indicating that they'd tried to deliver something, and as I was in on Saturday, that meant the card must have indicated a failed delivery last Friday. By the time I got the card, the sorting office was closed, so I couldn't collect my package until today.)
 
If you ordered something at the end of March you will most likely be waiting for a while. I've got two orders I'm still waiting on. One in the middle of March and one on the 27th of March.
