Independantly Wealthy and Noble Centauri

In the B5 rulebook there is a feat, Independantly Weathy, that while nice, can only be taken at first level. The problem is that to Be a Centauri Noble you must also take the Noble feat. So that would make it impossible to start at first level with a Wealthy Centauri Noble...that just doesn't seem right. any thoughts?

by the way I am right with the précedent questions and I am wondering how it works if you use the rules of the centauri fact books relatives to noble birth ?

I do use the feats forNoble, or Common birth in the Centauri book. I am thinking about giving Noble Centauri Independantly Wealthy as a 'Virtual Feat' so that they get the benifit ofusing the feat as long as they do nothave any Social Debt. What do youthink?
