I'm BRAND NEW here - first post - though it's possible some folks might recall my username from the WotC Star Wars forums.
I've been a Traveller fan since the lil' black books, and know quite a bit about the Traveller universe.
BUT, I have a question about Mongoose character generation: when you get a "Combat Implant," exactly what the heck does that mean? Most of the rules are pretty well spelled out, but that's a reference I'm just not finding.
