I should point out that COTI has the same layout, and it's recognizable there.
Personally, I don't really care, but pointed it out as it may crop up from another poster.

@MongooseMatt To fix the size of the header you need to go into the admin panel, Select Appearance > Styles > Default Styles > Basic Options. From here set the "Public logo width" and "Public logo height" to something sensible. The defaults are tiny. There are other options here for other logo which you may be able to use.
