I prefer the nice hardcover option, though a bonus CD with PDFs and the like would also be cool. I remember the last edition of warzone was availible both as a traditionally bound book and a spiral-bound edition, so the precedent is there for doing multiple editions.

I voted book, but what I would really like is a book like the old AOG ships of the fleet. A book with a disk included with PDFs of the ship record sheets. 8)

see why would mongoose waste money of a disc with record sheets when they have all the helpful people who do ship sheets online anyway :)

ASAP would be my answer !

I'd prefer a book format, but I'd settle for card covers rather than hardback ( enough stuff to carry around without A$ hardbacks adding to the weight).

and free as well

Conquest San Francisco is Aug31-Sep3...if 2E comes out in time I'll be demo'ing it there twice. It would be great to be able to demo the new rules rather than the old ones...
