Mongoose
Now, after reading a part of the Armageddon tournament thread, I´ve stumbled over an interesting passage: If I understand it correctly, you CAN put fighters onto the bases of the ships they attack, and it doesn´t count as stacking, but you CANNOT put counters ontop of each other, as this WOULD count as stacking, right?
Now, that left me with the question, how exactly stacking is defined:
Do the rules, as they stand, allow the bases of ships to overlap, as long as the minatures themselves are not touching/pushing each other? At my gaming group, we sometimes do that; but then we also use many of the larger GW flying stands, which leaves us with a severe space problem every now and then...
Or does the "no-stacking" rule really apply to basesize? With the added problem of course that sizes (even those supplied with same ships ordered from Mongoose) of bases tend to differ...
