Yup...was just wondering if there had been one previously before I hit the rulemastes. My search fu of late has been kinda bad on finding rules/citations for a lot of things folks are just assumed to know.
If I was not responsible for being the even handed judge I would not worry about it but I have some very competative friends and it is important that I have something to base any ruling off of.
