How do I post files to the forum?

I have been working on special action, critical hit, and various tokens for B5 ACTA and figured out how to convert them to pdf. I just need someone to let me know how to post files here. I would assume its like posting pictures using photobucket where you dl the files to a website, but I am not sure.

You can use http://www.mediafire.com/ to host the file, then post a link.
