The Cs planet I spotted was Bularia (Spinward Marches, 0430, C-774622-5).

It lies in the non-aligned space just south of the Darrian Confederation, a Jump-3 due rimward from Roget.

A standard tainted atmosphere world, should have adequate atmos processing, it has water, population of millions, Participating Democracy government, contraband only on dangerous and highly addictive narcotics. 1950s tech level.

Originally a pre-Maghiz Darrian settlement, it was a home to a virus that left the Darrians to abandon their plans. Post-Maghiz the Darrian settlers were dying out from a small genepool and the virus, when a Solomani vessel crashed there on -433 (or 4085 AD for the Solomani amongst us :wink: ).

The locals were now desperate for contact, but only could rely on agriculture that noone would buy due to the viral taint.

In 250 (4768 AD :wink: ), an Imperial Vilani-Megacorp vessel made contact and discovered the Bularians made high quality lowtech items, which the Megacorp could make money by exporting.

The Megacorp, Naasirka, now runs the planet but the managers and employees have become close to the workers.

Those are Pulver's races for another game system. I think it was "decided" that they aren't canon for the OTU. They might be canon for GT.

I know that one of the coreward Sectors has a TL 17 world. Don't remember coordinates.

It is in Lishun-Sector, and it is Red-Zoned. The TL-17 Androids there replaced their organic masters (killed them all off, is the read-between-the-lines here); the 3rd Imperium has it quarantined offlimits.
