One think that I don't get. A character from Hendrikiland gets 6 points of common magic during character creation without restrictions from the "all cultures" and "barbarian" list (Core rulebook, page 26). Then he's some storm tribe god iniciate and his cult provides a very short list of common magic spells. How was he able to learn almost any spell in first place? If common magic is that common, what's the point in provide a short list of common magic spells for each cult?
