Free Technicals offer in S&P

Does anybody know if this offer is limited to one per household? It doesn't say so or say limited to one purchase etc.
Since i'm gonna get into the game i was thinking of getting some free Techncials.
The offer is , buy two different BFE boxes and get a Technicals MEA box free.
So if i buy 4 boxes at the same time would i get 2 boxes of MEA Techs free? :shock:
