Try looking in the Pratchett section of your local bookstore, most seem to have it. It was written by Prachett and Stephen Briggs, and is a very impressive piece of work. Also available are maps of the entire Discworld, the Kingdom of Lancre and Death's Domain.

Haaa yes, Terry Pratchett is definitely an author I must read as soon as possible (yes, I confess that I have never read any Discworld book... what a poor little fool of mine )
