Hiromoon, hope your reading this, they have done full colour cards of all their model range..!!!

Very nice looking cards, it surprised me when i went to they website, i saw their model range at the Toy show in london, i guess they know alot of people use their models for gaming, not just sitting on the coffee table..!!

Damage system is clever, differnet colours for power, but movment is in feet not inches...!!!

yup and at 1:72 scale you have trouble finding cheap terrain :(

nice idea though.

that said they do have a good rnge to choose from.

but then they make modles not rules, i think mongoose prob has more mini rules exsperiance than they do, from a fun stand point rather than historical.

Aren't they 1/32 (I would check but their websites crashed!), or is that just the painted soldiers? 1/72s always been a pretty common scale as far as I know, hell its all the model shop near me sells these days :(

well 1:72 scale vehicles cost arounf £1.60 each around here, while 1:65 ish scale stuff costs around 50p per car.

then for buildings in Ho scale there is admitedly alot out there, but again its exspensive in comparison to 25mm scale buildings. dont forget im talking from a uk stand point not american (may be hard to believe but other places do exist)

as for being around the mini block lol, ive done way to many laps and im a bit knackered from it all now lol.

its very hard to find gulf war ho scale, in buildings as most ho scale stuff is directed at modern train yards or 1940's vilages for railway enthusiasts wich id great for WW2 and WW3 recreations ie they lend them selves well to 20mm but for gulf war this becomes a bit of a pitfall.

2 ears 2 eyes one mouth, and the ability to see out of the box, and there is no reason to start getting rude on these forums, just to embaris yourself.

LOL! Hunt the net, hunt ebay, hunt your local model shop, there's TONS of it I've even seen Oxfam shops flogging of boxes full of ex-model railway terrain and bits for peanuts that would be ideal. Plus in 20mm its easier to scratch build anyway!

lol wow oxfam with modle railway stuff !!!! not round this side of bristol, im near bedminster !!!

maybe i should look in charity shops up clifton :D

like said earlier though antics has some of the stuff, but there so exspensive, at £9 a hwwmv compared to mgp scale that costs me around £2.50 each.

that said FOV have an amazing range available in antics.

So what did people think of the colour cards side of things to the game set, nicely done, mainly to use the units, but i think they don`t have any infantry cards, not sure, as its the slowest site i have seem..!!!!

Dude, 1/72 stuff is nowhere near that expensive! Take a look at the Plasticville stuff for scenery, and if you don't mind putting the things together theres millions of model kits all in that scale, which can go pretty dang cheap.

il try to have a looka round when i get chance.

that said i bought 6hwwmv's today in mgp scale for £8 well it was 2 for 3.99 in boxes of 5 vehicles (i gave them to me kids) but buy 2 boxes get the 3rd free. il put pics up sooon.

Wait, in that webpage from the link, it says you can use EITHER 1:72 or 1:32?! I think a 1:32 scale game would be a great idea except for the fact that all my scratch built urban terrrain where made for warhammer sized models. But there are more 1:32 scale armored vehicles than smaller scaled ones right? 1:32 is the more popular scale when it comes to military vehicles?

I did find one drawback when it comes to modern military themed gaming. There are no non US/UK units that can be used for opposing forces other than WW2 russians and germans!
