Feinting & Uncanny Dodge

Feiting in Combat ( = using the skill Bluff and winning the skill confrontation) makes the opponent loses the possibity of parrying/dodging.
With "Uncanny Dodge" Barbarians & Pirates can dodge even when flat-footed.
I know that feinting does not make the opponent flat-footed but, at the end, the effect is just the same (loss of parry/dodge bonuses).
So, can "Uncanny dodge" work even in teh case of succesfull feint?

Nope, Uncanny Dodge only helps you when you are flat-footed or struck by an invisible attacker (and, just as you say, flat-footedness is a condition you have at the start of combat, and is not equal to being unable to dodge/parry in general).

If Uncanny Dodge protected you against feints you could argue that it should also allow you to dodge when you are grappling, blinded, stunned, helpless, or in any other situation where you are unable to dodge/parry.
