Federation NCF Missing Phaser 3's?

I just noticed that the Federation NCF has no Phaser-3's is this correct? I have searched the forum but I couldn't find anything about it.

That is correct. The NCF never recieved a Phaser-3 refit.

Wiether it was a design oversight or a decision that the Fast Raiders Missions didn't require them is anybodies guess. The fact remains that the NCF never had them in any SFU game system.
