Fanatical Bundles

For those who aren't aware, Fanatical currently has two Traveller-related bundles for sale.

The first is the Traveller fiction bundle. It seems to contain most of the works of fiction in the OTU published by Mongoose:

These are in PDF rather than epub format, but it's still a nice haul.

The second bundle is the 2300 AD RPG Classic Collection. This seems to collect the classic 2300 books in (scanned) PDF format:

Some of the scans aren't perfect, but it's still a great haul.

I bought the Traveller fiction bundle last week and I can safely say, based upon that purchase, that I received all PDF/EPub/Kindle formats as part of the purchase (even though the Fanatical Ad page just says PDF.)

What was weird was the DriveThruRPG "redeem" purchase. Clicking on the Fanatical "redeem" link took me to an "empty" shopping basket on DriveThru, so I decided to start manually selecting the eBook titles from the store, thinking that was how I was supposed to complete the transaction.

When I did that then the "bundle" offer suddenly showed up. That then gave me two copies of each ebook, which obviously I did not want, meaning I had to then deselect the items I'd only just added manually. Once completed, I was good to go and the bundle transaction finished successfully.

This happens to me quite regularly with DTRPG redeem links. I’ve found that clicking on the redeem link again makes the item(s) appear up in my DTRPG basket.

I picked up all the classic 2300AD bundle. I will use it to fill in holes for my campaign as Colin keeps working on the current iteration of 2300AD.
