I think gran-orco means a table to determine the location where you would apply the fall damage (i.e. left leg, head, etc.). I guess the whole thing depends on how you fall and where.
If you fall from a height straight down to the ground, you can probably make a single roll on a suitable hit location table (I don't have a copy of the rules... any hit location chart in the combat section?).
If you fall from the top of a cliff and strike the walls several times on the way down, roll three random locations on a suitable hit location table - and apply 50% of the damage to the first location rolled and 25% a piece to the other two.
Or, better yet, go with the flow of the adventure and apply the damage accordingly. If you think the PC should die from the fall and the damage is sufficient, the location doesn't matter. If you'd rather keep the PC group together, then apply the damage to an arm or a leg allowing them to survive and hamper the group as they're carried around.
Have fun!
Paul
P.S. Here's a table if you can't find one you like or you're not happy with the one in the book (assuming there is one!):
