Software Table on page 106 states that if a player does not have a skill, then the Expert system gives a +1 bonus to the roll. The example of use on page 107 seems to contradict this. I suspect that the table should read " If a Traveller already has the skill, then an Expert
program grants DM+1 to his check."

Yeah it seemed rather odd to me why it was saying 2 different things would happen if you were using an expert program when you didn't have the skill.

It would make more sense that you would game a +1DM if you already had the skill.
