Excel Ship Designer v2026.01.22

It wouldn't be hard to increase a feline's intelligence and add the science calcuating augment and bam, feline domesticus astrgogata. :) (I'm sure my genus naming is incorrect but I like it anyway.)
I imagine that the Solomani would, given funding, give such astrogating sociopaths a whirl. Especially if it turned out that you could train them not to randomly push things off tables for the lulz.

Error on 3-Pwr Plant cell H20, size for Jump Collectors. Should be =IF(AND('2-Drives'!B29=" No FTL",'2-Drives'!B56=" No FTL"),0,IF(MAX('2-Drives'!D29,'2-Drives'!D56)=0,0, (MAX('2-Drives'!D29,'2-Drives'!D56)*(0.01*'2-Drives'!B4)+5)*D20*INDEX(S16:U17,MATCH(C20,S16:S17,0),2)))

Currently it has C4 instead of '2-Drives'!B4 so it is only charging 5 tons each.

Where can I find Morale information relating to common area available?
There is a bit in HG on page 24 about common area. It is left pretty open for the GM. There are a couple adventures where crew Fatigue is an issue. Last Flight of the Amaur for one. I am pretty sure there is another set of rules for it in another book as well. In Last Flight it does not mention the common areas though.

COMMON DECENCY
Designing a ship with less than the
recommended common area space is tempting,
especially when space is at a premium and
the designer wants to fit in as many options as
possible. However, ships that do not include a
recreational area for their crews to unwind often
pay the consequences. Crew fatigue can set in
for personnel who have been aboard ship too
long without a suitable place to relax other than
their staterooms. Initially this might be irritability
and a lack of cooperativeness but eventually
could affect efficiency and performance, resulting
in negative DMs on skill checks.
