I have come to the conclusion my Search-Fu died in a forgotten corner of the internet, pining for the fjords, Meanwhile, I can not find where a heat management system is or if it has something to do with Robotics, given it's placement, do I need one?

I got asked the other day, and I couldn't find the answer. On the sheets, various components can take the advantage for cost reduction, up to x3, but it's not listed in the Altering Tech Levels section in High Guard p70. Is it covered somewhere else or is it just a reinterpretation of the tech level rules from CSC?

May have found an error. Possibly operator, but I had a vehicle in the last line of the custom section of carried vehicles, did not show on the summary page, moving to an unused slot above fixed the issue.

Late to the party, but isn't the RHB need for a "conscious sentient mind" to enable a jump to happen without increased misjump simply satisfied by a Ship's cat? 
Not has smart as many of the bipedal meatsacks, but I have seen them come close

Not for checking the Astro, that is the first requirement, taking time, Astro 2 and Int 9+ makes that roll is 5+ without anyone checking it.
The second requirement is having a sentient mind on the ship during jump to reduce the chance of misjump.
