Think I'd mixed up my screenshots! You're right, it was pulling through the decimal to the summary, and just the Stateroom tab displaying incorrectly. (Ignore that second part, my mistake, sorry!)

Fixed a fault in the Power Distribution calculations
Added a toggle on the Screens tab to let you determine whether Grav Screens are crewed or not.
Implemented Sword Worlder Integrated Munitions System to Spinal Mounts. When installed, each missile magically becomes the size of a sand cannister.
Eliminated conditional formatting that didn't like armour being greater than hull points.
Pods are now their own type.
Ship and Station now both use their size for crew reduction
Modules and Pods use the size of the mother ship for their crew reduction

I've just transferred the design over to further test things.
On the 8b-Screens tab, cell D5 needs to have protection toggled off, as it's been accidentally still left on.

And the Virtual Gunner software effect on the number of gunners for large ships is corrected, too!

-Replaced Installed/Not Installed with a notes field for docking bays, hangars and Launch Recovery. This allows you to name the group and eliminates the annoying additional step for these components.
-Mod Names are closer to the book value, and weapons mods that are not allowed for a weapon type are removed for that type. (If you wish to implement those mods, they can be created in the custom weapon slots)
-Added some alien components for which I either have the rules or was able to deduce stats from official designs.

Turret 3 power was doing some sort of logarithmic increase. The higher the quantity of turrets you added, the worse it got. Fixed
Also got a feature request to calculate stewards based on available staterooms.
There is a toggle on the crew page, near the Passenger allocation table that lets you turn on/off an automatic calculation for stewards based on staterooms the crew isn't staying in. When off, stewards are calculated based on design passengers that you enter into the adjacent table.
I hope those who are faint of heart have learned to wait a day to download, if you aren't interested in running down what I broke while fixing things. Sorry again.

After feedback, the steward calculation has been changed again. Wholly based on passenger accommodations.
Crew and passenger accommodations have been split. This will allow a (not particularly near) future update to include and evaluate moral/quality for serving crews/passenger contentment and recommendations.

It only affected the Backup FTL mods and the backup FTL's performance in the chart. On an old file, start with a 100 ton ship, put a rating of 2 into everything, then set the alternate tonnage to 200. Every drive in the chart below the alternate tonnage field goes to 1 except the backup FTL. It stayed at 2. Which is how I noticed it. Meaning its been there for a while.
Calculating drives based on the alt-tonnage, is fine, because that calculation works.

Going back the calcs for the Multi-environment stuff. I think the summary tab is mixing up which cell it draws the power rating from.
In the Safari ship example (I've been too busy for a while to continue playing with and testing this), the power on the summary tab shows 0.8 power required. HG2022 p51 says 1 power per ton of equipment, and I would assume rounding up always). So this should actually be 1 power on this example.
On tab 11-staterooms cell K35 does show power requirement correctly as 1, and shows the tonnage in cell H35 (and for this example the tonnage is 0.8 and calculated correctly).
I think the summary tab is pulling through H35 for power, and should be pulling K35 instead.

HG16 was worded to imply rounding up. One ton per 20 spaces, etc.
HG22 changes that to 5%, implying no rounding, with power = tonnage.
So the H and K columns should both produce the same power output. The rounding on the field is set at zero decimals, but for a 10 ton Stable, it is .5 tons and .5 power. The above is based on my reading of both and the changes between the two books - a general moving away from non-fractional tonnage and power.
But you are free to argue the point further if you like. I have been known, on occasion, to change my mind.

This isn't about stables (and stables don't have a power requirement anyway, according to HG2022 p63).
On tab 11 (and on most tabs) column H is tonnage, not power.
Why would tab 11 say 0.8 tons (which is correct) and 1 ton (which is correct), but the summary tab say 0.8 power and 0.8 tons? As per the screenshots attached to the earlier post.
That's why I think it is calling the wrong cell.

A quick peek shows that it really is the same as the H cell. It just doesn't show the decimal and looks like it is rounding up without actually doing so.
Modifying the cell to show one decimal place results in this:
