Error on page 76

I'm not sure if this is useful at this point, but the paragraph on falling on page 76 makes a reference "see Gravity on page 145" and there is nothing on gravity on page 145.

I think page 145 should be page 76.

I am wondering if people have house rules on how to adjust falling damage depending on the gravity?
