[Elric] - Of Men and Monsters: is it a real product?

I spotted this over on Paizo's site, under the Mongoose Elric section:

It's apparently an Elric book called Of Men And Monsters, but with no cover image or release date given. I don't recall this being mentioned by anyone - is it a real product, or just a cataloguing oddity?

It was something I was supposed to do, but it got shunted out of the schedule for other projects. I would just ignore it for now.
