Earth-Centauri War - Report!

The fact that their fighter launch system is effectively a large cannon that the sky serpents are loaded into is worth at least +2 orkiness

Also have you seen the Claweagle - such an orky ship -

"Boss, Boss, how bout we stick a huge drill fingy on da front of ship -for close in work- hur hur hur"

:)

I don't see how. They were a sophisticated civilisation with an imperialistic attitude and advanced technology. Their tactics were no less subtle than the Earth Alliance or Minbari. Just because their ships were green and their main weapons were called bolters (a weapon Orks no longer use) doesn't make them primitive alien savages with no thought in their head but violence.

Sidez da dilgar waz weak, da oomies clobbered dem an no real green Ork ould let a pink skin do dat to em.

Back to normal talk. drazi are more ork than dilgar by a long shot....

back on topic now....

aaw nom mention or sign of it in this months S&P. dunno what net access I will have in iraq so someone may have to email me s&p 54.

tactics wise folks... the drazi have to drive around maneuvering like crazy to get into position to attack, most orc hordes I watched lately drive straight forward swinging big guns.

Culture wise your right... but only if you go back to classic orcs, the mushroom orcs with tech just lost something for me.

you and Susan Ivanova, aye ;)

Hrm all this talk of Drazi does get my blood boil, dims the memories of being massacred and somehow makes me eager to play with them again....

If you're really after an orky (i.e. violent and unsubtle) race, I might suggest the Hurr.

The problem is that they only have the gunship and it's utter dross.
