EA Duties, 2ed Fleet v P&P

In the 2ed fleet list the 4th EA Refits is:

4 Quick Loading Missiles:If the ship has missile racks (not advanced missile racks), it immediately loses the Slow-Loading trait on all such weapon systems. However, it will have its missile rack Attack Dice reduced by half, rounding up.

However by P&P there is only a single ship that does not already have advanced missiles racks (the patrol level Hermes)

Is there an alternative refit that replaces this in P&P.. i cant see anything myself but it seems a tad unusual having a Fleet refit that can only be applicable to a single Patrol level ship...(and one that you dont normally use (much if at all) in a campaign.)
 
You think you have a problem? To me, that refit is a downgrade. A weapon which has double the AD of another but which is slow-loading effectively gets to fire next turn's salvo this turn. Or, turning it around, the result of that refit is not quick loading, it forces you to keep back half your salvo until next turn. Fortunately for the Crusade era fleet it has nothing apart from the Hermes which can suffer from this, but pity the poor Early Years Sagittarius which receives it. :twisted:
 
any thoughts on a replacement Refit that is more suitable for crusade+ post-P&P campaigns?

I was thinking of nicking the psi-corp one:

4 Missile Rack: The ship gains a single turret-mounted missile rack, Range 30, 2 AD, Precise, Slow-Loading, Super AP. This may only be applied once.
