Droyne in Playtest?

Calling all playtesters Does anyone know why Droyne weren't given automatic psionic scores? Like Zhodani. Just wondering...given the CT and GT character rule versions I've seen.

Not a playtester but thinking it might have been a mistake. If a player wants to play a droyne then I give them psionics.

I thought I read somewhere that their cast was equal to thier Psi lvl? Not sure. Maybe I'm thinking of the Zho Psi str based on Soc?

In CT, Droyne stats were: STR, DEX, END, INT, Sense, Caste.

Sense was psi-strength. All were rolled on 1d6. All droyne were psionically active, and +1 Psi was common, but it was hard to get a PSR 15 before your character suicides... if you fail a reenlistment roll, roll Cast+ to avoid suicide, on 1d6...
