Drow War book 1 comments

I've recently bought the book to run as a campaign. It is generally looking very good and I look forward to running it.

One thing I noticed on p41 that 13d is missing from the map.

Also thoughout the book there are a number of bits of text I think I would want to hand out to the players. Is there an electronic version of the book that could be made available to owners of the hardback that would allow us to simply create player handouts?
