Apparently they ship from the midwest of the US (I think they said Ohio), so it shouldn't cost much for shipping.

By the way, given that I'm living in Colorado, USA and the Mongoose warehouse is in England, what will be the additional cost to talk my store into ordering directly from you?

We have a base in Ohio, so there are no additional costs.

I just want to say: I finally got my order. I don't know if this had anything to do with it, but my LGS threatened to cancel the order if they didn't give them some kind of update.
