Dark Sun Legend

I'm making a conversion of the D&D Dark Sun campaign setting to RQ2/Legend.
Races are done. I use common magic for wild talent psionics and clerics are easily done with divine magic. So far so good.
My main problem is with sorcery and psionic "masters" which go outside the normal rules. Sorcery mainly by the scope i.e. huge earthquakes, sandstorms, great balls of fire etc. Which is a step above and beyond the normal RQ2 sorcery.

My question is, has anyone converted these types of spells to Legend and has anyone made Psionics?

The rules for Psionics in them may or may not be up to date.. Mixster on this forum has created the Psionics rules, and you could contact him to advice / the most recent version (which I really should get around to including, if it is not already in there).
