Cthulhutech in B&W

I can remember if it was on here or the Cthulhutech forums but they said that printing in colour would result in a very low profit margin and so the decision was made to go B&W. That way Wildfire can make money and continue to produce a good quality product.

Mind you B&W doesn't bother me at all. I buy the product for the game and whilst the art can be a wonderful way to provoke a feeling for the setting I don't feel it is needed in colour to do that.

Amen to that Brother Swampy. :D

I do not spend my hard earned money on RPG books to place them on the coffee table at work. They are for my use in games and that means content not art. Now to be clear I like the color artwork some times, but it is not a make or break in my selection of games I chose to buy.

OK, this is a bit off topic but will Vade Mecum be released when the new printing of Cthulhutech and Dark Passions is?

On the Cthulhutech site they give the release dates for both as May/June.

I see the Mongoose on line store has the release for CTech listed as July now.

Teasingly, its like it just keeps slipping out of our grasp.

You're no kidding, mate! How long ago did everyone at RP club decide they wanted a copy? I remember being gutted at the time that the book wouldn't be available till late April. If only!
