My excuse is money, I just had to spend over £40 on printer cartridges today, and that was just to get one of my printers operational, I'm mothballing the other one to save money.

I'd just like to say well done to Tank for winning and a big thank you to Reborn for organising a great tourney.

A great days wargaming, and a very nice bunch you forum players are, including the ones that kicked my ar$e (including Digger).

I learnt plenty which was my main objective, and considering today doubled the number of games I have ever played, I did well not to come last...at least that is what I am telling anyone who will listen.

Now that I know the rules better, you had all better watch out. It ain't my bottom that will be slapped next time.

Thanks Reborn and everyone else for such a fantastic time!

Special mention must go to Tank where we went head to head again in another amazingly funny game where the winner takes all (who says pressure has to affect the enjoyment of a game?). Sadly for me he squeaked it by one victory point and claimed the title but it couldn't have gone to a better guy

I'll get you next time Tank....next time!

Well I had a jolly good time, nice to see new faces even if I didnt get to play them and yet another nail biting finish against Triggy.

The Butt Plug fleet looked very scary and yet again I have yet to play the Drakh in a tourney, well maybe another time especially as I hate dodging ships, curse your Whitestars Triggy :lol:

A big well done to Reborn and we will certainly be endeavouring to make any others held up that way.

@Triggy, so far honours even, I will now have to change either era or fleet to stay vaguely in step with your dastardlyness :lol:

It's also funny how you seem to get frustrated by whatever I take (last time it was huge numbers of ships, this time it's dodge...)
