Mainly this is intended to be a useful form more than pretty or evocative. As such, is there any practical information that could be added? Any datum that folks notice has come up a lot during play?

Looks pretty good. Do you know if doing shorter jumps use less fuel? if so a fuel amount for each jump size would be useful. A history section for a blurb and any a space for issues due to ship age (my PCs are all over saving cash by buying some hundred year old relic) You might also wish to use the word dTons instead of Tons

I believe a ship can divide its maximum jump potential (and fuel for such) into smaller increments as long as the total's the same. Thus, a Jump-3 ship with fuel for a single Jump-3 could alternately make a Jump-2 and a Jump-1, or three successive Jump-1's. Traditionally though just the ship's greatest single possible Jump is recorded, so I stuck with that.

I thought about adding a section for history and other incidentals, but I don't see how I can give it enough due space while keeping the other bits. Besides, in my experience such things don't need more structure than a separate sheet of blank paper.

Looks good as well, nicely laid out.

Would having a small area for number of crewmembers (and "type" eg gunner engineer etc..) be useful? ( it would be useful to me, but maybe not to most people)

Also regarding fuel, if the ship can be used as a tug, depending on the engines it might need more fuel than the clean max jump volume.

Just a thought.

can you add another power plant line?
