Corruption for using Sorcery?

Is there a corruption check just for using sorcery? Or is it only reserved for hanging out with demons, playing ball with abberations, or kill people ritually?

The use of certain spells (like Demonic Pact) require a Corruption Save. The spell descriptions contain the relevant information.
