Converting old Stormbringer books to Elric

I have old Stormbringer 2nd edition adventures, which I want to convert to Legend/Elric of Melnibone. Naturally I have intention to replace demon items with more suitable magic items and stats don't seem too difficult to convert, but I was wondering if someone has done similar stuff earlier. I'm interested to know if you have any advices and did you encounter any problems?
