I'm also really excited with this Harrek campaign.

I hope Harrek is a (at least optionally) one of the PCs, so that the PCs don't feel there's constantly someone more important than them.

Pah! The PCs killed Harrek in my old campaign. It wasn't easy, though, and they needed a lot of help, but in that version of Glorantha he is locked in a Lunar Hell waiting for someone to rescue him.
