I've never ordered directly through Mongoose before. Can someone tell me if an email goes out when the order is shipped from the warehouse? I'd like to know it's coming to I can track and confirm It was shipped. I got an email last week stating the order had been processed and would be shipped directly from the warehouse.

Depends where you are in the world really.
They will have posted it by now, I dont think they send out a message to say when.
Lol warehouse.
It's just a corner in the offices full of books and lead!

But yeah, I guess it's on its' way.

I usually wait a while then bug sales@mongoosepublishing.com if I think its taking too long.

So far, they have always replied giving me a useful update on my stuff - either a dispatch date, or expected ship date if it hasnt gone out.
