EU Friendly Shipping?

Hi,
UPS Denmark have just tried to get approx £127 out of me for 'fees & taxes' - is this normal? I don't remember having to pay when I have ordered from you before and seem to recall something about EU Friendly shipping someplace on your site. UPS Denmark are absolute pony as a delivery service so I wouldn't be surprised if this was down to pure incompetence.

NB I checked the email requesting payment - not a scam, actually UPS and they use the same tracking number as you quoted on my order. So I would be grateful if you could let me know if I need to pay up. I am concerned that if I refuse to pay my package will disappear into a warehouse someplace and never get seen again unless I have some good evidence that I don't have to.

Sorry about this - we do indeed use EU-friendly shipping but, every once in a while, an error crops up.

Drop us a line at sales@mongoosepublishing.com and we will sort this out for you. You will not be out of pocket on this, we cover all EU shipping issues in the rare instances they occur!

Are you saying I should pay up and you'll reimburse me? Just want to be clear.

I would also advise avoiding UPS (in Denmark at least) they are really poor ... unless they are REALLY cheap, cos they should be.

If the worst comes to the worst, we will indeed reimburse you - you will not be out of pocket, However, drop us a line at sales@mongoosepublishing.com and we may be able to do better for you.

Also, we have just yesterday started using a different service for Denmark so this should never happen again for you.
