Here's the cover and info on Khitai:

conankhitai.jpg

Far to the east lies Khitai, and ancient and sorcerous civilisation. A land of haunted jungles filled with forbidden knowledge, this Conan sourcebook will introduce players to a strange and terrifying nation. New sorcery awaits intrepid explorers, but they must negotiate mysterious temples, ringing with golden chimes, and avoid the fall out from the vicious silk trade. For the first time, Khitai is brought to life among the Hyborian Kingdoms.

New cover artist for this supplement.

Where's Conan?

Not digging the cover so much. Will still get the book for the info (plan on sending my PCs to Khitai at some point).

Maybe she was caught wearing a "Free Meru" t-shirt at the Paikang olympics. Meru isn't REH canon.

Bloody hell - I missed a trick there. I've completely failed to mention the Paikang Olympics!

I would not be surprised if this recent business with Rebellion results in many product delays. If HEH taught me anything, it's that if you expect the worst, you're seldom disappointed.

A little bit of info for you guys.

The cover layout is a little different from that mock, the image is not zoomed out as much and focuses more on the sacrifice rather than everything else, also the title is a little more colourful :)

If Kithai is pushed back to November, could it mean we won't see Betrayer of Asgard until 2009?

Betrayer will be out before 09 unless some horrible disaster happens, i finished my part 2 days ago but there are some problems with a few maps so before it can go to print they need fixing :)

Wondering about the Khitai book. I don't think I'll get it, because I don't see my campaign running that way.

But, I am curious. Khitai is so anorexic when it comes to information in the Howard/pastiche writings. Are places like Meru and Kusan covered in this sourcebook?
