Conan:Questions about Occultists, and Skill Mastery

Hi! First time posting here.

One of my characters is an Occultist (Scholar/Thief Multiclass from Hyboria's Finest). If I take the Sneak Attack Spell variant ability, can I make that spell one of my Sneak Attack Styles?

Second; if I take Skill Mastery, do I automaticly gain another mastered skill whenever my INT modifier increases?

I would say yes, as it is a sneak attack at that point.

I would say that all permant intelligence changes are retro-active. This keeps things simple, and evades issues in making advanced characters and the like.
