[CONAN] Crafting Primitive Weapons

What do you think? DC 10?

It's a DC 12 to craft a Simple weapon, and a DC 15 to craft a martial weapon.

Are there specific rules for crafting primitive weapons anywhere in the books?

Really do not know.
All of the primitive weapons in Core Rules 2nd ed. page 154 are Simple weapons, so should be DC 12.
If you use a DC 10, I think you should , at least, keep DC 12 for some weapons (e.g. properly working primitive bows should be more complicated to craft than primitive spears).

If I use DC 12, then why not just use the Simple weapon instead of the primitive version?

Maybe because of available materials and tools?
