There's certainly much more data about the Black Kingdoms in the stories than on Khitai, Cimmeria, Argos or Zingara. All those countries have a dedicated sourcebook ("A and Z" being only one book, I know).
I will not loose my time to type all the notes I've taken on paper about the Black Kingdoms to prove how much your assertion is wrong (it would take HOURS), but if you provide me an e-mail, I could send you a file done by someone else with 'only' descriptions of people (sans culture, habits, religion, geography, etc...) of the Black Kingdoms directly gleaned from the REH stories. Those descriptions alone are longer than "two pages".
