CharGen and Book 4: Psion

This may seem like a rather idiotic question, but when it comes to Character Generation concerning the careers given in the Psion book, there is one big question concerning my players, and I haven't been finding the answer in the books themselves.

When generating characters with the careers in Book 4: Psion, do you take your zero-level basic training skills from your Service Skills column (as in chapter 2: Characters, in the Traveller main book) or from the Specialist column as the Psion career (in chapter 11: Psionics) tends to?

Thanks for any help with this, gang.

Unless it says differently (such as basic training for a Dedicated Psion Agency) just use the normal rules. The Psion career is just for that career, haven't seen anything that said differently.

Temporal Agency career, I roll a 27,28,29, or 30 for event, what is the event?

You can't roll those using d66. With that you can't roll a 7,8,9 or 0. Just roll 2 d6's, take one value as high and one low and that's the roll.
