I prefer Deception. Its the art of lying in all its forms (including visual), not just a skill pertaining to dexterity.
I'm tempted to call Persuade as well because its definition includes Bribery and Intimidation. However, in such cases, the "victim" is still aware of all of the circumstances. Deception withholds or alters the victim's awareness of circumstances which makes it closer to Forgery.
When I read the first paragraph in the description for Deception, the art of Forgery jumps out all over the place.
