It dawns on me that it might aid the writing of future supplements if you tag the careers where new assignments are considered new careers (Citizen, Merchant, etc.), with a specific term, so you don't have to write out the text about how it causes a benefits roll, risks a draft submission and so on. I suggest calling these types of careers something like "broad careers" or something similar.
