Can someone tell me about these?

I saw these Citi Def troopers awhile ago, but I haven't ever seen them for sale on the site. Were they ever available? Does anyone have any?

Prototype models that were only ever available at Gencon 2011. They've never been put into production.

There were a couple more I saw in one of the display cases at Mongoose HQ at the weekend - a different medic and officer, by the looks of things. Presumably also unreleased.
