Brylukas?

So Im reading through the Bestiary, and I see the Brylukas. The thing is, I dont remember them being real bat demons. I mean, in The Road of Eagles, and the SSOC adaptation even, theyre bat/vampire demon guys, but they dont have wings.

Whats up with that? Is this from a comic Im not familiar with, or what? Not complaining though, just use them without the Fly speed, but this seems kinda out of place with the normally faithful to canon work that gets done in the line. Just saying.

I asked the same question a couple of months ago. It appears that Bryan didn't knew about the Road of Eagles novel and took his criiter from the Cthulhu Mythos.
