Black Kingdom Races

I've greatly appreciated "Return to the RotK", especially regarding the Black Kingdoms, therefore I'm now more interested in using characters from that part of Thuria.
Nevertheless, I feel that the basic set of rules is not incredibly clear in decribing when to use the Northern or Southern Black Kingdom type.
Probably the Players Guide will resolve the issue (I have not get my copy yet).
In the meanwhile I would like to ask what you think about this issue, espcially to Vicent who is the author of the above-quoted books.
Please, correct me if I'm wrong but, as far I understand, the races are divided as follows:

Northern Black Kingdom-Type:
Kush, Southern Desert, Keshan, Punt, Zembabwei (???).

Southern Black Kingdom-Type:
Darfar, Amazon (??), BlackCoast, Southern Islands, Atlaia, Zembabwei (????).

Possibly in Zembabwei different Clans belong to different types?

Am i wrong?

I think you have it, of course Darfar and Ghanata have their own Northern variants.

The Player's Guide to the Hyborian Age (or at least the draft; I have not seen a published copy yet) has a brief section on Amazonian variants, but I don't remember getting more specific with the other Black Kingdoms there. The Hyboria's F series has a few pointers on those characters, though.

So, regarding Zembabwei is it OK to do like this?
Semi-nomadic Maswei: Southern Black Kingdom Type (according to RtoRok they are related to the Atlaians).
All the other (Urban) clans: Northern Black Kingdom Type.
What about the Pygmies ?
Is it ok to use the TALL Southern Black Kingdom Type?
RtoRok tells about their presence in the Zembabwei jungles, and in the deep Southern Black Kingdoms south and west of Atlaia, but no template is indicated to create them.

Yes, all of that is fine.

Pygmies are the same as other types, just short. You might give them a racial bonus to Climb and change the spear bonus to bow & arrow, but that is about it.
